About chiropractic treatment
During chiropractic treatment we look for asymmetries and symmetries, map the patient’s condition, discuss why and how, what caused the problem and how long it has existed, and then eliminate the pain and the problem with one or more treatments (sometimes a series of treatments).
Who is a chiropractor?
Many people have heard of chiropractors, but few know exactly what they do and what they can help with (and how).
A chiropractor helps in a natural way with musculoskeletal complaints related to the knees, shoulders, hands (for example the wrists and elbows), the spine, the hips and the back.
What does the treatment help with?
Chiropractic treatment is a natural remedy: we do not give injections or medication, because we do not treat symptoms — we want to find the cause of the pain, uncover it and eliminate it.
The treatment is not painful (although in a complex, more serious case there may be some unpleasant moments); rather, it is liberating and pleasant. During the treatment I eliminate the existing problem with pressing, palpating, rotating and force-applying movements.
Behind most musculoskeletal problems lie the asymmetries of our body, which change the forces acting on it. This uneven loading can lead to pain, tense muscles, headaches, radiating pain or restricted movement.
The most important element of the treatment is restoring the symmetry of the body, then releasing the muscles tensed by the asymmetry and preventing it from returning.
How long does it take?
The duration and frequency of chiropractic treatment varies. Some pains and problems can be effectively resolved with a single half-hour treatment, but longer sessions of 1-1.5 or even 2 hours, and series of treatments, can also occur.
How much does it cost?
The treatment fee is 30.000 Ft, which can be paid in cash, by bank card or with a SZÉP card. SOS treatment within 24 hours is also available, priced at 40.000 Ft.
