What we've been socialized to do is if you have a problem, eat medicine, run to the doctor, go to the chiropractor, etc...

For a long time now, prevention has been a popular attitude, but not a popular one.
Diet, regular laboratory tests, gynaecological check-ups, prostate check-ups for men over 50, nutritional supplements, exercise training, massage, sleep, movement organ system check-ups, psychologist, kinesiologist... you could go on and on.
From my own experience, I find that in many cases it is difficult even to get someone to come to me with a problem when it is already a problem. Often it is easier to eat a handful of anti-anxiety drugs than to overcome the fear of treatment.
Generally speaking, after the treatment, everyone is glad they came because they feel better and any discomfort that may come with the treatment is not outweighed by the problem we are solving.
Meanwhile, we are daily hindered in our daily routine, even getting dressed, picking up shoes, getting into the car...

In the worst case, we become unable to work, we lose our jobs, which means we lose money, often a lot of money.
It was a refreshing experience for me to be approached by four of the people who came to see me this week, with the intention of convincing me.
They were not in acute pain, they were simply interested in the jawline of their body and whether they might be developing any postural defects or problems that could lead to bigger problems later on.
They included manual workers, truck drivers, office workers, horse riders.
In all four cases I found asymmetries, tight muscles, spinal deformities. So their intuition and the investigation and then the treatment was really a good decision on their part. And it was also a confirmation for them that we do it again regularly every 4-6 months.
The recommended periodic review may vary slightly from individual to individual. Office or physical worker, age, existing injuries, etc...
I dare to recommend it every six months for everyone over the age of forty.
The main direction is that it is better and less painful sooner rather than later.
During such a treatment, if there are problems, I will give you personalised recommendations for exercise and other things after they have been corrected.
Is it necessary to wear insoles or attend a foot examination, is it necessary to do physiotherapy (I will refer you to a physiotherapist).
I hope that more and more people will start to think ahead and focus on prevention in their lives.
For me it was a very positive experience and a model for everyone.
