Tips on how to stay fit in your home office

There are many advantages to working from home, one of the biggest being that - because you don't have to work hours
travel to work - freeing up a lot of your time. That's why many people in home office immediately
change our daily routine and (especially in the busy periods: early January or before summer) promise to
to ourselves that we are doing our best to stay fit. Good idea, but what exactly do you do to
make it happen? We've written about it in this article.

The home office is not for everyone
